Individual software procurement

As an employee of the University of Hohenheim, you can have individual software procured centrally.
Software is generally procured via the KIM in accordance with the circular from the central administration 9/2010.

Requirements

You may only use the software in the context of research, teaching, and your studies, or for projects with no commercial purpose (e.g. for teaching obligations, studies, research, Bachelor’s and Master’s theses, ...).

Instructions e-Purchasing

You have the option of submitting your procurement application in electronic form via a free text order.

Deadlines for procurement requests

In order to be able to securely settle orders in the current financial year, the following deadlines for 2023 must be observed when submitting shopping baskets. After expiry of these deadlines, procurement requests will of course continue to be processed, but settlement in the current budget year can then no longer be ensured.

  • Software licences with an award volume of € 5,000 net or more: 30.06.2023
  • all other software licences to be settled in the financial year 2022: 29.09.2023
