Microsoft Office 365 A3 can also be installed on private computers for business purposes (work at home).

Requirement

You are an employee of the University of Hohenheim and have a Hohenheim user account.You also need an individual Microsoft account, this is created automatically by us.

Apply for a Microsoft Office 365 A3 licence

  1. Please apply for the license via this form.
  2. You will then receive confirmation of the allocation of your licence.
  3. As soon as you have received a response with the assigned licence, go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/
  4. Click on "Sign in".
  5. Enter [Hohenheim user ID]@clm.uni-hohenheim.de in the login field and click on "Next".
  6. You will now be redirected to the registration page of your organisation "University of Hohenheim".
  7. Enter your Hohenheim user ID and the corresponding password and click on "Login".
  8. You will then be redirected to your download area via the "Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps" button.
  9. You can download the OfficeSetup.exe via the "Install office" button.
