University bibliography

The bibliography at the University of Hohenheim records the publications of Hohenheim scientists. Publications are required to have been created in conjunction with work at the University of Hohenheim.

The university bibliography aims to record all publications issued since 2005. The intention is to create an up-to-date, continuous tool for referencing and researching Hohenheim publications.

Please help us achieve this goal with minimal effort. You can find announcements on the publications hier.

Researching in the University bibliography

Targeted searches for publications of Hohenheim scientists can be done in a separate catalogue, the University bibliography.

Important: Articles of publications are listed which cannot be found in the KIM Library.

In the University bibliography, you can use local keywords (LSW) for more complex searches. These include the following information:

  • the evaluation year,
  • the affiliation of the author, editor, and other staff to a certain faculty, an institute, or department,
  • the type of publication (e.g. dissertation, book chapter, journal article),
  • whether a journal article was peer-reviewed,
  • the function of those participating in the publication (e.g. editor, author),
  • the keyword indicating the number of authors is primarily for statistical purposes.

Tips for more complex searches and the targeted use of local keywords can be found here.

Specific searches for publications by Hohenheim scientists are made through a separate catalog, the university bibliography.

Important: It also references articles in publications that are not stocked by the KIM library.

The university bibliography supports local key words (LSW) for more complex searches. They encompass the following information:

  • year of evaluation,
  • the membership of authors, editors and other staff in a particular faculty, institute or discipline,
  • publication type (such as doctoral thesis, book chapter, journal essay),
  • whether the journal essays has been peer reviewed,
  • the function of the persons involved in the publication (such as editor, author),
  • the key word showing the number of authors is used primarily for statistics.

You can find tips on how to do more complex searches and use the local key words to specify your search here.
