When purchasing PCs/notebooks to run Windows, it is mandatory that you purchase a qualifying operating system WITH the device. You can find more information here.

Hardware defects during the warranty period

There is a three-year on-site supplier warranty for devices purchased though university framework agreements. The warranty is valid for hardware defects only.

Please contact the supplier directly if defects occur during this period.

Accessing a workstation computer from a home computer

When working from home, it is especially useful if you can access the workstation computer from your home compuer via remote desktop.

Disposal

We advise you on the professional disposal of old IT equipment (PCs, monitors, printers, accessories) and the destruction of data media that are no longer needed (CDs, DVDs, USB sticks, magnetic tapes, hard drives). Find out more here:
