Surveys with Tivian EFS/Unipark

The University of Hohenheim holds a Tivian EFS/Unipark licence, which allows you to use the Unipark online survey software. With this software, you and your team can design and conduct personalised and/or anonymous online surveys.

Conditions

Use is restricted to university facilities. Personal use is prohibited.

Procedure

• Please fill in the registration form, and send us the completed form signed by your institute.
• We will notify you as soon as your Tivian EFS/Unipark account is set up.

Data protection

• Avoid collecting personal information such as names or e-mail addresses at all costs.
• You should also avoid sending survey invitations through the system, and instead send them by BCC e-mail (to ensure recipients remain anonymous).
• Should you nonetheless collect personal information or use the system to send survey invites, you will be subject to data protection laws. You are therefore obliged to keep a register of processing operation!
