Courses
Free use during courses
Outside of courses, our rooms can be used freely by students. If you would like to use a computer room for a course, then as the lecturer, you need to decide whether students not participating in the course can still use the room while the course is taking place.
Book a room for a course
To be able to use a room for a course, you need to book it using the Room Management system. You can also see whether the room is available at the desired time in the room plan before booking the room.
Computer rooms: scarce resources
Please only book our rooms for computer courses, that is, courses in which the participants need computers. And if you do not need the room you booked, please delete the room booking in the system so that it can be used by students or other computer courses.
