Cloud storage bwSync & Share now also available for Android [03.06.14]
After Windows, Mac and Linux, our cloud storage bwSync&Share now also supports Android with its own Client.
What is bwSync&Share?
You can use our cloud storage bwSync&Share if you wish to share files on multiple devices, such as PCs, Notebooks and smartphones. Unlike files on a file server, these files are stored on your device and the cloud service works in the background to ensure that the files are kept up to date on all your devices. Furthermore, you can also use a web application to access your files and share files with other people (even non- members of the university).
bwSync&Share is a cloud storage system for universities in Baden-Württemberg. You have 10 GB of disk space available. And the best thing of all is that your files are not stored, as usual, on a corporate server in the USA, rather at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and are therefore subject to German data protection legislation.
