Event and room management now in HohCampus portal [11.09.19]
Event and room management in the HohCampus portal will start on 16 September 2019, replacing the functions of the predecessor system LSF.
This will lead to the following changes:
- All event and room booking data will be processed in the HohCampus portal and the time and room reservation schedules will be generated there.
- In future, the course catalog will also be offered via HohCampus.
- The page "My Events" will be replaced by “My Institution’s Events".
From 16 September 2019, room enquiries must be submitted using the HohCampus portal. For room enquiries in HohCampus, employees require the role of "Veranstaltungsmanager/-in".
