REMINDER: Relocation of the University Administration's server and storage systems on 18.08.2018 [16.08.18]
The university's server and storage systems, including HISinOne, must be moved within the biology building. The originally planned date had to be canceled due to various requirements. Therefore, a new date was agreed with the parties involved.
From Friday 17.08.2018 from 4 p.m. to Sunday 19.08.2018 approx. 4 p.m. all systems of the University Administration must be shut down.
The relocation will take place from Saturday morning (18.08.2018) from 7 a.m. In the time before a backup of the data is created. As a result, from Friday 4 p.m. on no changes of the data in the systems may take place in order to fall back on a consistent backup of the data in an emergency.
We hope that this date will keep the restrictions as low as possible. Students will also find information about the shutdown on the fallback pages of Studium Online. The senders of e-mails to university administration addresses are notified of the delayed delivery of e-mails.
The following systems are not available this weekend:
- all HIS systems including Studium Online and the portal HohCampus
- SAP
- mail system of the university administration including OWA
- storage systems of the university administration
We ask for your understanding for the restrictions this weekend.
