Note on the cloud storage bwSync&Share  [06.04.23]

With the cloud storage bwSync&Share you can share files with other people, among other things. Please note the following note when deactivating a user account (deprovisioning):

• Deprovisioning regulation
  Deletion of user data after deactivation of Hohenheim user account.

• Shared files and folders and account deprovisioning
  Please transfer the ownership of shared files and folders to another active user before deactivation of your Hohenheim user account (retirement, exmatriculation)
