Souci specialist herb database (SFK.Online) licensed [28.03.23]
From now on you have access to the Souci expert herb database. The database contains nutritional data on more than 800 foods with information on over 300 different ingredients. These include e.g.
bioactive substances, fatty acids, but also gluten. The database is continuously updated and expanded by the Leibniz Institute of Food Systems Biology at the Technical University of Munich.

The database is financed from the Hohenheim Teaching Award by the Department 180c.
