Hohenheim user account: "Forgotten password  [23.04.21]

Due to reasons of data protection, we can only reset a forgotten password as part of an identification process involving the presentation of an official identification document. As a rule, this takes place in person at the IT service desk; in exceptional cases, video identification can also be performed.

Is there a "forgot password" function?

On a voluntary basis, the "Forgotten password" function is available to you for independently setting a new password. For this purpose, an alternative e-mail address and a PIN must be deposited with the Hohenheim user account in advance. You can set up and thus activate this function here. After entering the access data for the Hohenheim user account, you will be taken directly to the input mask.

If you have forgotten the password and stored the data, then you can set a new password here independently.
