We regret to inform you that a recent technical problem has also caused some user accounts to be blocked. This means that the affected individuals currently do not have access to the IT infrastructure of the University of Hohenheim.
If you are affected, the only way to unblock your account, unfortunately, is to show up in person at the IT Service Desk and present a valid photo ID.
The IT Service Desk is found in the Bio 1 Building at Garbenstraße 30. Office hours for today (Friday) have been extended to 6 pm; next week, the office is open Mon – Thurs, 8 am to 5 pm.We apologize to all affected University members for the inconvenience. But please understand that the requirement to have your identity confirmed before unblocking your account is for your own security and the security of your data.Please forward this message to other fellow students and colleagues affected by this issue.
