Safety-relevant update for computers by HP  [29.05.17]

On 10. Mai 2017 a security endangering function was discovered in an audio driver package (MicTray64 v1.0.0.31) of HP. This function records which keys had been pressed by the users and writes this information in a file on the concerned computer. Due to this usernames, passwords and other sensitive information are available for all with access to this device.

On 14. Mai 2017 HP published an update without the problematic function. A detailed description as well as a list of the affected devices can be found here:

If you own an affected computer, please install the update as soon as possible. Therefore download the file to your computer, double-click it and follow the further instructions.
