Opening hours of the IT service desk [07.07.22]
The IT service desk will be open and reachable by phone during the summer vacations from Thu. July 28 to Fri. September 9, 2022 as follows:
Mon. to Thu. 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and
Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Due to capacity bottlenecks, the IT service desk may occasionally be closed at short notice, even outside the summer vacations. In this case, we ask for your understanding.
You can contact us by e-mail regardless of the opening hours of the IT service desk.
