How can the visibility of my personal data be adjusted for other (non-administrative) users?

You can be found in the university structure and the people search if at least one function has been stored for you. This is the responsibility of the department administrators in your institution. They can also use the function to set whether your data (e.g. name, assigned institution, and contact details) is only visible to registered users or to all users (worldwide).

I do not see a certain area (anymore) - how can I make it visible?

Many areas with blue headings can be hidden or displayed by clicking on the headline or on the arrow tip symbol in a circle on the right-hand side of the headings list .

I do not see a menu. How can I make it visible again?

If you do not see the menu bar, it might be hidden.

To unhide it again, click in the upper right-hand corner under the sign-out button on the small arrow pointing downward. Then you will be able to see the menu bar again.

Note: It is possible that the tip of the arrow is close to the logoff button or overlaps with it.
