For Hohenheim students, the student ID is also the library card. The library number is on the ID (e.g. Bib.-nr. 910310456), it is usually not necessary to register.

Loan period extension

If you need a book beyond the regular loan period, under certain conditions there is the possibility to renew the loan. more

If you do not return a book on time, reminder fees will be charged depending on the library and the length of the overdue period. more

Media already on loan from the Central Library’s holdings can be reserved in the Catalogue. more

Ordering media from the stacks

For reasons of space, some books and journals are located in external stacks and must be ordered via the Hohenheim Catalogue. more

Due to a lack of space several books and journals are kept in an external stack and must be ordered via the Hohenheim catalogue. more

Borrowed media can be returned either to the circulation counters in the two libraries or in the marked return boxes. more
