If you forget your password, you can request a new password through your library account: Enter your library number and then press the button “Password vergessen?” (Forgot password?). You will receive an email from “ausleihe@uni-hohenehim.de” with the subject “Passwort des Bibliothekskontos zurücksetzen” (reset library account password). Your password will be reset once you open the link in the email. After you have successfully reset the password, on the website you will see the notice “Ihr Passwort wurde auf das Standardpasswort zurückgesetzt, eine E-Mailbenachrichtigung erfolgt” (Your password was reset to the standard password, you will receive notification by email). The password is reset to your birthday in the form DDMMYY. You will then receive email confirmation that the password was reset.
In exceptional cases, the staff at the circulation counter in the Central and Departmental Libraries can reset your password to the default password.
