Book room
How can I book a room?
The room booking is done by trained staff via the event management system in the campus management system (HohCampus).
To book a room you need either a suitable role, e.g. "event management" for your institution, the role "lecturer/examiner" to book rooms for your own courses.
Otherwise, please contact your institution's event management team.
If you should receive the event management role from your institution management, please apply for it using the form (please also inform us using this form if your event management role changes or needs to be deleted):
