Password for the M365 user account  [19.05.25]

As previously announced, Microsoft accounts will be merged with Hohenheim user accounts. This will be done in two steps:

1. Change your username for logging into M365 (Office, Teams)

This step was already completed on May 8, 2025. The new username is now based on the Hohenheim user account. For applications, the ending @clm.uni-hohenheim.de must be added to the Hohenheim user account.

2. Use the password for the Hohenheim user account

This change is planned for the afternoon of May 26, 2025. From this point on, when you log in to M365 with the username specified in 1., you will be redirected to our Shibboleth login page. There, please enter the username of your Hohenheim user account (e.g., abcde123 *without* @clm.uni-hohenheim.de) and the corresponding password for your Hohenheim user account. The login process is the same as for HohCampus, Zoom, bwSync&Share, etc. The previous password for the Microsoft account is no longer required.
