New survey software: LimeSurvey [08.10.26]
Since June 2026, a new survey software programme, LimeSurvey, has been available; it replaces the Tivian EFS/Unipark survey system. LimeSurvey enables members of the University of Hohenheim to develop and conduct personalised and/or anonymous online surveys, either individually or as part of a team. LimeSurvey is hosted on the university’s own servers.
KIM has developed a converter and a self-service tool that allow Unipark questionnaires to be transferred to LimeSurvey. To do this, the project is exported from Unipark and the export file is then uploaded to our import page: https://survey.uni-hohenheim.de/unipark/
Please note: No new access credentials for Tivian EFS/Unipark will be issued. Existing access credentials for Tivian EFS/Unipark can only be used until the end of December 2026. Please ensure you back up your surveys and results in good time.
