New KIM chatbot now available in pilot operation! [13.01.26]
The new KIM chatbot is now available to assist you with any questions you may have about the services offered by KIM libraries. In its pilot phase, it answers questions about locations and opening hours, borrowing, and open access, among other topics. The knowledge base will gradually be expanded to include KIM's IT services.
