Access to the Campus Management System (HohCampus-Portal) for Persons who are neither Students nor Employees at the University of Hohenheim
The University processes data of lecturers, examiners, and academic staff using the campus management system HISinOne. If you are employed by the University, your data is available in the University's personnel administration system and is transferred to the campus management system.
Use the application form to request to be added to the HohCampus campus management system to assist in teaching.

Required data
For course and exam management with the campus management system, it is necessary to have a set of basic data from the assistant lecturers and examiners. According to Sec. 12(1) of the State Higher Education Act (LHG), assistant lecturers and examiners are therefore required to enter this basic personal data. The basic personal data includes
- Gender
- Academic degree
- Surname and first name
- Date of birth (for necessary integration with accounts for the same person, will not be published)
- Task, e.g. as an examiner
- Email address (for communication in conjunction with contact management and portal use)
- Institution/department at the University of Hohenheim
Voluntary information
In addition, further information may be included on a voluntary basis that can be made available on the University’s websites. Voluntary information includes
- Office / room number
- Telephone number
Data visibility
Individual persons’ pages in the campus management system display data either only on the university intranet or worldwide. Visibility of contact details and job titles can be selected in the consent form.
