Multifunction printers

Information!

The existing multifunctional devices on the entire University of Hohenheim campus are currently being replaced. Unfortunately, this may result in temporary restrictions.

For our library users who are not members of the university, the service will unfortunately be reduced. Printing will not be possible. You can still scan using the multifunctional devices or our book scanners. Please bring a USB stick with you. We are working on further solutions.

Printing

You can print in black/white and colour in the formats DIN A4 and DIN A3

  • from the research computers (without a log-in) in the library.more
  • Via e-mail (suitable for mobile devices) more

Copying

You can copy in black/white and colour in the formats DIN A4 and DIN A3

Methods of payment

You can only pay using your library card or with a Mensa guest card.

You can get a guest card at the InfoPoint in the Mensa for € 10 (€ 5 for copies and € 5 deposit).

Top-up stations & Returning cards

You can top up the card wallet with cash card using the top-up stations in the canteen or in the Central Library and with bank notes at the infopoint.

Visitor’s cards that are no longer needed can be returned at the refectory infopoint, which is also the only place where deposits and any remaining credit are paid out.
