Library cards for Central and Departmental Library are free. Show your personal documents (student ID, identity card or passport) at the Central Libraries circulation counter to sign in immediately.

Renewals

If you need a book longer than the regular loan period, under certain conditions you can renew the loan. more

Overdue notices

If you don´t bring back the borrowed books in time you have to pay a fine depending on the library. more

Holds

Media already on loan from the Library’s holdings can be reserved in the Catalog. more

Orders from our external stack

Due to a lack of space several books and journals are kept in an external stack and must be ordered via the Hohenheim catalogue. more

Book return

Borrowed media can be returned either to the circulation counters in the two libraries or in the marked return boxes. more
