Order new publications for the departmental library directly from HohSearch [20.06.18]
Patron-driven acquisition (short form: PDA) gives library users the opportunity to actively participate in the media selection of the KIM library.
PDA works directly from the catalogue: if you enter a search term in HohSearch, results with the note "Purchase suggestion" may also be displayed. These titles, most of which have just been published, are not yet in the library's holdings, but you can suggest them for purchase.
In the tab "Holdings Info" you will find the link to the purchase suggestion form. The title data is automatically transferred to the form. Please fill in your library card number, your e-mail address and let us know if you would like to be informed when the book is available in the library. Submit the suggestion.
