You can get general information on doctorates from the Hohenheim Graduate Academy.

Submitting legal deposits

The number of copies to be submitted is set down in the respective doctoral degree regulations of the University of Hohenheim. You can find these on the page Doctoral work at the University of Hohenheim.

The office for submitting the archival copies of dissertations is located in the Central Library, Garbenstr. 15, second floor, room 228 (telephone 0711/459-22094). The archival copies can also be handed in at the circulation desk of the Central Library during the usual opening hours or sent by post:

Electronic doctoral theses

At the University of Hohenheim, all three faculties offer the possibility of turning in your dissertation in electronic form. The doctoral degree regulations require the candidate to publish the dissertation and submit printed copies and one electronic copy to the KIM Library.
